White Charcoal from Coffee Wood
Coffee wood is relatively hard and is used as a raw material for charcoal production after the trees age or are removed during replanting. Utilizing Binchotan-style technology, the charcoal undergoes high-temperature processing to enhance its hardness, density, and heat retention capabilities.
Characteristic
Bamboo charcoal is produced from natural bamboo through a carbonization process. Bamboo is a fast-growing and renewable resource, making it suitable for products based on renewable biomass. Certain commercial bamboo charcoal varieties feature a fixed carbon content of approximately 75–82%, a moisture content of ≤5%, and low ash content.
♻️ Utilizing wood from coffee trees
Instead of discarding or directly burning coffee wood following replanting, this biomass source can be converted into higher-value charcoal products.
🔥 Stable heat
Suitable for BBQ, Yakiniku, Yakitori, and applications requiring steady heat.
💨 Low smoke – low odor
Once the charcoal is burning steadily, smoke and odor emissions are low.
